Green Chilli Mint Tofu Fritters

Ingredients:

  • 200g tofu, crumbled
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • A handful of mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix tofu, green chillies, mint leaves, onion, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
