Green Chilli Mint Tofu Fritters
Ingredients:
- 200g tofu, crumbled
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- A handful of mint leaves, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix tofu, green chillies, mint leaves, onion, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
