Green Chilli Mint Tofu Tacos
Green chilli mint tofu taccos
Ingredients:
- 200g tofu, cubed
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- A handful of mint leaves, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Sauté green chillies and red onion until soft.
- Add bell pepper, tofu, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until tofu is crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Fill tortillas with tofu mixture and garnish with mint leaves.
