Tofu masala kabbab

Ingredients:

  • 200g SSOYA TOFU (MIX MASALA), cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread SSOYA TOFU (MIX MASALA), bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto skewers.
  3. Mix olive oil, cumin powder, paprika, and salt. Brush over skewers.
  4. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
