Tofu Masala Pasta
Tofu masala pasta
Ingredients:
- 200g SSOYA TOFU (MIX MASALA), cubed
- 200g pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and cook until tender.
- Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add SSOYA TOFU (MIX MASALA) cubes and cooked pasta. Toss well.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
