Tofu Masala Pasta

Tofu masala pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g SSOYA TOFU (MIX MASALA), cubed
  • 200g pasta
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add bell pepper and cook until tender.
  4. Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add SSOYA TOFU (MIX MASALA) cubes and cooked pasta. Toss well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
