Storage Instructions

Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- Silken tofu
- dark chocolate
- maple syrup
- vanilla extract.
Instructions:
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Blend silken tofu until smooth.
- Add melted chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until creamy. Chill before serving.
Japanese Silken Tofu Classic Hiyayakko
Ingredients:
- 1 block silken tofu
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1-2 tbsp chopped green onions (scallions)
- 1-2 tbsp katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)
- Wasabi (optional)
- Nori (seaweed) strips (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Tofu: Carefully drain the silken tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes or leave it as one large block. Place it on a serving dish.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the grated ginger, chopped green onions, and katsuobushi over the tofu.
- Serve with Sauce: Pour the soy sauce over the tofu just before serving. Add a small dollop of wasabi on top if desired.
- Optional Garnish: Garnish with nori strips for added texture and flavor.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately while the tofu is still chilled.

- almond milk
- honey
Instructions:
- Blend silken tofu
- Add banana, berries, almond milk, and honey until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
