Storage Instruction
Shelf stable pack at Ambient temperature. Store in dry cool place away from sunlight. Refrigerate once opened and use within 5 days upon opening. Do not buy if package is tampered or puffed. Do not store it in deep fridge!
Actual Soya Chaap weight is 500 gm and remaining additionally it contains Brine solution, please drain it before using it.

Soya Chaap Biryani
Ingredients:
- Soya chaap (4 sticks)
- Basmati rice (1 cup)
- Onion (1, sliced)
- Tomato (1, chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
- Biryani masala (2 tbsp)
- Yogurt (2 tbsp)
- Saffron (a pinch, soaked in milk)
- Oil (2tbsp)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Fry soya chaap and set aside.
- Cook basmati rice until 70% done and set aside.
- Sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook until mushy.
- Add biryani masala, yogurt, and salt. Mix in the fried chaap.
- Layer the partially cooked rice over the chaap mixture. Drizzle saffron milk on top.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Soya Chaap Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Soya chaap (4 sticks, sliced)
- Bread slices (8)
- Lettuce (4 leaves)
- Tomato(1, sliced)
- Mayonnaise(4 tbsp)
- Mustard sauce (2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Fry soya chaap until golden and set aside.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard sauce on each bread slice.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato, and soya chaap slices.
- Season with salt and pepper, then top with another bread slice and grilled it.

Chaap Masala
Ingredients:
- Soya chaap (4 sticks)
- Onion (1, chopped)
- Tomato puree (1 cup)
- Ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
- Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
- Red chili powder (1 tsp)
- Garam masala (1 tsp)
- Cream (2 tbsp)
- Oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt to taste.
Instructions:
- Fry soya chaap until golden brown and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until raw smell disappears.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
- Add the fried chaap and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cream before serving.
